All orders at Khipu BV, above € 100, are shipped free of charge.
When can I expect delivery?
We deliver all our products directly from our own stock with the exception of special orders (for which a production time applies).
We use the services of PostNL for the delivery of the packages.
In practice, this means that the package will be delivered to you within 1-2 working days. 2-6 working days count for outside the Netherlands.
With the Track & Trace code you receive from us, you can track your package yourself in the logistics process at PostNL. PostNL also delivers on Saturdays, but not on Sundays and public holidays.
What happens if I am absent on delivery?
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the PostNL delivery person will put a ticket in your mailbox. This card states what other options you have.
What about delivery on weekends and holidays?
PostNL does deliver on Saturdays, but not on Sundays and not on the usual public holidays.
During the holidays, for example around Christmas, delivery can take a little longer than usual due to the crowds. We ask for your understanding. You can always follow the package in the logistics process at PostNL via your Track & Trace code.
Can I also pick up the product myself?
Of course you can also collect the package from us. Call in advance so that we can prepare your package. You will find the necessary information at the bottom of the homepage.
Can I also have the product delivered to a different address?
You can also specify a different address to which it should be delivered. During the ordering process you have the option to enter a different delivery address in addition to the customer address. This applies to domestic shipments.
You can also choose to have the order delivered to a PostNL Parcel Point in your area. If this is preferred, please let us know by email or telephone.
Exchange or return
If an item purchased by you from Khipu BV does not meet expectations or if it is too small or too large and you want to exchange it, you can do so without any problems. With every package we send a return label, so that in case you need to return an item, you do not have to pay for the return costs. You must notify us of this within 14 days of reception by sending an e-mail to [email protected] Products to be returned must be in our possession within 14 days of reception at your address, otherwise the purchase will become final.
If you choose to receive the purchase amount back, the amount will be refunded to your account within 30 days after we have received the return shipment in good order.
Items that are delivered on special order can NOT be exchanged or cancelled.
The exchange or cancellation is subject to a number of conditions:
The costs of returning the items to Khipu BV are free.
The article and the original packaging of the article must not be damaged and must not show any signs of wear / use, however small.
To return an item, you can ship it back to us for free using the return sticker that comes with your package. You just drop the package off at your local post office and put the return sticker that is sent with your package on the package.

A consumer has a cooling-off period of 14 days for internet purchases as a result of the law 'Remote purchasing'. This means that if, for whatever reason, you do not like the purchase, you can simply return the product to exchange or get your money back.
